Many times we get emails and attempt to reply to them, only to have the mails bounce. Or worse not get any email error, but an angry email a couple of days later "Why is capesoft not responding to my emails". This is your first port of call to check if this is you. If your name appears on the list below, rather post your support query onto one of the forums, and we'll reply here, then we can reply direct to the forum, bypassing any potential spam filters, etc. Another option is to supply us with an unfiltered email address, or whitelist our domain with your ISP.
